WANTED: Class Representatives

WANTED: Class Representatives

We are still in need of volunteers for class representative for the reunion. Your main responsibility is to be the point of contact between alumni from your class and the reunion committee and to forward any reunion information updates to your class and to forward any suggestions, comments, concerns, issues or questions they may have to Claudette.

Your responsibilities will include:

Contact alumni from your class to have them check out www.yohireddevils.blogspot.com.

Inquire about their interest in attending and participating in the reunion.

If interested, get name, email, mailing address and phone number and provide to Claudette to be entered into the database.

Gather pictures of alumni from your class to be incorporated in the video montage. This is so they can send old and new pictures to you to be scanned or downloaded and be forwarded to Claudette.

Ensure that they fill out the questionnaire for the Memory Book and submit to Claudette.

Inquire if any are interested in advertising their business in the Memory Book.

Collect past picture and exact spelling of name they want printed on the name tag.

Information on deceased alumni and teachers.

At the reunion itself your responsibility will include:

Gather alumni from your class for the class picture at designated area and time.

Collect and count ballot for the reunion superlatives.

We have individuals who have already volunteered to represent but we still need more volunteers. We want to thank the individuals who have already stepped up to represent.

If we don't get a volunteer to be class representative for your year, we'll have a representative from either the class before or after you to represent that class so please let us know if you are willing to be the representative for your class.

Please remember the more of your class alumni you get to attend, the more your class will be well represented at the reunion.

Hi Everyone!

We know several of you would like more reunion information and to know what will be the cost of attending the reunion. Within the next few days or maybe even next week, an email with detailed information regarding the reunion will be sent out.

If you are a still a lurker (and we know there are a ton of you out there!) to this site and would like information, please send me (Claudette) an email, otherwise until everything is confirmed, we will not publish the reunion details until then.
