WANTED: VOLUNTEERS
We can't stress enough that we need volunteers to help make this reunion a success. Please see below and let us know what you can help with. Thanks!
For Friday at the USS MIdway:
Set-up (preparation, decorations, flowers, favors, etc.)
Welcome (meet & greet, guest sign-in, invitation check-off list, seating assignment, etc.)
Ushers
Entertainment (awards, games & prizes, talent showcase, etc.) If you have a talent you'd like to share with us at the reunion, let us know. If this fits in our program, we would love to have a showcase.
Clean-up and breakdown
For Saturday for Luau at Park:
Welcome (meet & greet)
Set-up (preparation, decorations, etc.)
Entertainment (games?, volleyball, etc.)

I'm in for the Welcome (etc) as well (on both days)and probably will be able to do more.
Thanks for volunteering Marie, as of right now, we've met our quota for the welcoming committee. However, we still need people for set-up and clean up... Thanks for volunteering!
Ok then. Unfortunately, I can't arrive too early or stay much later as I don't want to leave my daughter for long. So I guess we'll play it by ear as to what you guys would want me to help with.
Here's an idea for a raffle:
You sell tickets for $1 or $2 each (or more) and whatever the pot ends up being at the end, the winner gets half of what's sold and the other half gets put towards expenses, etc. (or winner gets 3/4 and 1/4 towards expenses..whatever)
